• The PromSTAP Website will regularly be updated. The part “Running projects” shows new subproject information with the fact sheets of the PromSTAP-Brochure (http://www.promstap.com/promstap/subprojects/running_projects/).
  
  
• In the Download Centre in the protected area, you can now find the address data of each PromSTAP Participant and the minutes, presentations and other information about every PromSTAP Meeting (http://www.promstap.com/promstap/downloads/protected/).
  Please send us presentations which are not mentioned on the website yet!
  
  
• Another new item is the button “Publications”
  (http://www.promstap.com/promstap/downloads/Publications/).
  Here we try to publish every publication concerning PromSTAP! Therefore, don’t hesitate to send us your own publications!
  
  
• Another important but not new item is the calendar on the start page of the website. Here everyone should find interesting dates and events concerning the project and also the dates of project meetings. We can not manage that without your help! Please let us know if there are conferences, meetings or activities which we can add! Keep the calendar alive!
  
  
• Unfortunately the PromSTAP Forum has not been used until now. Our efforts to animate the Participants to use the Forum were not effective. The Team rooms, initiated by the Participants themselves, haven’t been used. The fact is that everybody today is engaged in different fields and the Email rush is very big. In this RFO the GIQS Secretariat decided to shut down the Forum because it is not a helpful tool for a better communication between the partners.
