On the left you find the menu that guides you to the expertise of people and organisations in European regions that are participating in PromSTAP.

The overall objective of PromSTAP is to encourage regional and local authorities to work together on the innovation, implementation and internationalisation of the stable to table approach in order to improve the effectiveness of regional policies and instruments in the field of food safety and quality.


The goals of the network are to

  • foster cooperation between public authorities, industry, research and other organisations in the field of food quality and safety
  • share new skills and ways of working
  • develop stronger links with European Networks and markets.
The public domain of this website will be an easy access to documents, items and projects information. The PromSTAP-Forum is a discussion forum with a public domain providing a discussion platform to be used by all kind of stakeholders interested in PromSTAP issues and activities, for example from industry and enterprises, public authorities and academia.
The PromSTAP Public-Private Network will gradually become an active part of the website, keeping up with the output of the projects.
